Dear Parents,

As we head into December, we have just a few weeks before Winter Break. We will be busy with the children learning about Advent as well as celebrating “Baby Jesus” birthday Please keep the class calendar handy.
WINTER BREAK: School will be closed from December 19th thru January 2nd
(First day back Tuesday January 3rd).We want to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas!
CHRISTMAS GIVING TREES: Thank you for taking the time to bless others at this time of the year. Once you have selected an item to purchase, please make sure your wrapped gift is returned by Monday, December 12th. Please make sure to the label each wrapped gift with the family number, family member name and the item included.
There are still a few items left on the “Giving Tree” list if you have not had the opportunity to look and select an item or you may purchase and donate a gift card and it will be added to the gifts the families receive.

​CHRISTMAS MUSIC PROGRAM: Before we start our Holiday Break, we would like to invite parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings, and anyone else who would like to join us for our Christmas Music Program. Immediately following the Program, all are welcome to return to the classroom with their student to help us celebrate the birth of “Baby Jesus” with a cake before we dismiss for the holidays.
Thursday, Dec. 15th Program will start in the church at 10:30am, doors will open at 10:15am for the following classes:

PARKING LOT: Gentle Reminder: Please be careful when you pull in and out of parking spaces. Let’s be mindful of others. Please also use the entrance for entering and the exit for leaving the lot. Remember to drive SLOWLY.
TUITION: Tuition for December is due by the 10th of the month. Thanks
COMING UP
REGISTRATION: for the 2022-23 school year will begin for returning and alumni families in mid-January. New family registration will take place starting January 9th. If you know of a family that’s interested in the school, have them call us in January to set up a visit. Returning, alumni and parish families are guaranteed a position in the preschool.
CONFERENCES: Conferences for our 4’s and Pre-K students will be held on Thursday, January 26th (Pre-K) and Friday, January 27th (4’s). The 4’s and Pre-K will not have class on their scheduled conference day. We will provide childcare for your student and younger siblings during your scheduled conference– No conferences for 4’s Science students, Pre-3 students, 3’s students and 3+ students. (They will have class as scheduled)
